Triumph Tiger Sport 660 has been launched today at an introductory price of Rs 8.95 lakh (ex-showroom). It is based on the Trident 660 naked roadster and is also costlier by Rs 1.50 lakh. The Tiger Sport is an adventure sports tourer motorcycle that has undergone several changes to make it better suited for long distance travel.

It has been launched in the market with additional wind protection. It gets a slim front fairing and a highly adjustable windscreen. The steel frame of this bike is similar to that of the Trident, but it has been given a longer subframe to provide more space for luggage and seating.

It gets a massive 17.2-litre fuel tank to cover long distances. Despite having a fuel tank, it has less off-road capability. The company never called the Tiger Sport range an off-road motorcycle, it is a sport touring range.

It comes with 2 driving modes. It gets features like ABS, a small TFT screen, LCD display, LED headlights, advanced LED indicator and adjustable lever and scrolling indicator.
