Balrampur News: On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Vikas Kumar in Balrampur district, the Harraiya police has got a big success under the campaign for the arrest of wanted and warranty accused. Police Harraiya police team on Monday arrested a warranty accused of NDPS Act and produced before the Hon’ble Court.
According to the information, a special campaign was conducted under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police Vishal Pandey and Jurisdiction Laliya Dr. Jitendra Kumar and under the leadership of Police Station Harish Singh. During this, Sub -Inspector Harish Shukla Maya Hamrah Constable Prabhunath Yadav took action on the basis of non -bailable warrant issued by the court JM II, Balrampur. The team arrested the accused from near his house and sent the court after completing the necessary action. The accused has been identified as Naeem Babu son Nanku Mistry, resident Indranagar Colony, Mashk Sonpur, Thana Harraiya, District Balrampur. According to police records, illegal drugs were recovered from the accused in the east. In this case, a case was filed against him under the AS0-206/20, Section 8/20 NDPS Act. Since then, he was wanted in the warrant issued from the court.
