It is often seen that whenever we go to buy Indian goods, we give more importance to foreign brands than to Indian brands. Something similar is now visible in TRA’s Brand Trust Report 2022, which lists India’s most trusted brands. American company Dell is India’s most trusted brand for the third year in a row based on TRA’s annual report, while only two Indian brands are in the top 10 in this list.
LIC Country’s Most Trusted Indian Brand: If out of the top 10 brands, 8 foreign and two Indian brands made their place. LIC has been the sixth most trusted brand in the country while Tata Group’s brand Titan entered the list at the eighth position.
Top 10 Brands: According to the list of TRA, among the most trusted brands in the country, Dell is at number one, MI at number two, Samsung Mobiles at number three, LG Television at number four, LG Television at number five. Amazon, LIC at number six, BMW at number seven and Titan at number eight, Lenovo at number nine and Samsung Electronics are included.
Trust Tata the most: According to N Chandramouli, CEO, TRA Research, in this year’s report, brands of some groups have made significant gains. Eight brands each of Samsung, M&M and Samsung and seven brands of Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries are part of this list.
Loss of trust in these brands: In the list of India’s Most Trusted Brands, Sony Entertainment Television (Hindi) has dropped four places to 11th position, Samsung Television has lost seven places to 16th, Chinese mobile company Vivo has lost eight places. At number 18 with a loss, LG Refrigerators dropped five places to number 19 while Maruti Suzuki slipped twelve places to 20th in the list.
