New Delhi. Adani Group has announced a big investment in Gujarat. The group plans to invest ₹55,000 crore in Gujarat by 2025 and over ₹2 lakh crore in the next five years. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani made the announcement during the Vibrant Gujarat Summit held in Gandhinagar, which was attended by PM Narendra Modi and several Union ministers as well as prominent global business leaders.

Such significant investment by Adani Group is expected to create new employment opportunities in Gujarat. It is estimated that this huge investment can create more than 100,000 jobs in the state.
Gautam Adani, speaking at the summit, said, “Prime Minister, you are not only imagining the future of India, but you are also shaping it. Under your leadership, India is moving towards becoming a fully developed nation by 2047, and is moving towards sustained development.”

He highlighted notable achievements in the last decade despite challenges such as the pandemic and geopolitical conflict. Adani also announced the construction of the world’s largest energy park in Khavra, Kutch. Spread over 725 square kilometers, it will be visible even from space.

Further, he stressed on his commitment to building a strong renewable energy ecosystem, saying, “We are expanding the green supply chain for a self-reliant India. “We are building the largest integrated renewable energy ecosystem that includes solar panels, green ammonia, PV cells, and expansion into cement and copper production, wind turbines, hydrogen electrolyzers.”
