The shareholders of Bajaj Group’s company Maharashtra Scooters Limited are going to get a final dividend of Rs 30 per share for FY 2024-25. Along with this, the company is also paying special dividends of the same amount. The record date for this is 27 June 2025. By this date, shareholders whose names will be as beneficial owners of shares in the records of the company’s register or depository records will be entitled to dividends.

Maharashtra Scooters Limited is a manufacturing and core investment company. It is a subsidiary of Bajaj Holdings and Investment Limited. In the annual general meeting to be held on 23 July 2025, the approval of shareholders is yet to be taken on dividends. After approval, the dividend will be deposited in the accounts of shareholders or on July 28 or on 28 July. The shares of Maharashtra Scooters Limited have an inscribed price of Rs 10, before which the company approved an interim dividend of Rs 110 per share for FY 2025 in September last year. FY 2024 was given an interim dividend of Rs 110 and a final dividend of Rs 60 per share.

By the end of March 2025, the promoters stake in the company 51 percent.

Profit increased by 51530% in March quarter

The net profit of Maharashtra Scooters Limited was Rs 51.63 crore in the January-March 2025 quarter. A year ago it was only 10 lakh rupees. Revenue from operations was Rs 6.65 crore, which was Rs 5.18 crore in the March 2024 quarter. The total expenditure declined from Rs 5 crore to Rs 2.38 crore from a year ago.
