The company has set a target of raising ₹25.56 crore from the issue, and has also set a target of raising ₹21.78 crore from the fresh issue of shares. It will use this to repay borrowings and meet working capital requirements. Its profit after tax (PAT) has seen a significant jump in the last two financial years. For FY22, FY23 and FY24, the company’s PAT stood at ₹84.42 lakh, ₹2.41 crore and ₹5 crore, respectively.

Huge decline in stock market
Major indices Sensex and Nifty declined in early trade on Monday amid withdrawal of foreign capital and weak trend in Asian markets. BSE Sensex fell 1100 points to 84,530.32 in early trade. NSE Nifty fell 295 points to 25,885.85. According to stock market data, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were sellers on Friday and sold shares worth a net Rs 1,209.10 crore.
