Share market updates: The market cap of five of the top 10 Sensex companies increased by Rs 67,843.33 crore last week. Hindustan Unilever Ltd. was the biggest gainer. (HUL) and Reliance Industries (RIL). The market capitalization of Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Bharti Airtel and HDFC rose in the last week. On the other hand, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, ICICI Bank, Adani Green Energy and State Bank of India (SBI) declined in market valuations.
Reliance Industries M-Cap 21,892.61 crore
Hindustan Unilever’s market capitalization rose by Rs 25,234.61 crore to Rs 5,25,627.06 crore in the week under review. Hindustan Unilever was the biggest gainer. The market valuation of Reliance Industries rose by Rs 21,892.61 crore to Rs 18,87,964.18 crore.

The market position of HDFC Bank increased by Rs 16,251.27 crore to Rs 7,68,052.87 crore and that of HDFC by Rs 3,943.09 crore to Rs 4,03,969.09 crore. Bharti Airtel added Rs 521.75 crore during the week and its market capitalization stood at Rs 4,06,245.26 crore.
TCS suffered a loss of Rs 12,98,999.83 crore
Contrary to this trend, TCS’s market position declined by Rs 22,594.64 crore to Rs 12,98,999.83 crore. The market valuation of Infosys fell by Rs 7,474.58 crore to Rs 6,59,587.97 crore. SBI’s market capitalization declined by Rs 3,480.6 crore to Rs 4,43,106.96 crore. ICICI Bank’s market position declined by Rs 2,600.14 crore to Rs 5,16,762.48 crore.

Adani Green’s market valuation fell to Rs 4,51,577.84 crore from a loss of Rs 172.04 crore. Reliance Industries retained the first position in the list of top 10 companies. It was followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, ICICI Bank, Adani Green Energy, SBI, Bharti Airtel and HDFC.
