Unknown robbers used ‘exit shutter manipulation fraud’ to withdraw money after manually tampering with the cash dispensing shutter of the ATM. The crooks used to insert their card into the ATM machine and once the PIN and the requested amount were entered, the money withdrawal process would start. The robbers would then jam the cash shutter of the ATM and after collecting the money from the ATM, they used to claim the same amount, alleging that they did not get cash from the bank.
