Step-by-step process
Save WhatsApp number 8976862090 of LIC. Open your Whatsapp and send it by writing “Hi” on LIC’s number. LIC will then send you a list of options, from which select 1 option for premium payment. Enter your policy number and other necessary details. Choose the option of payment and pay from your favorite medium (such as credit card, debit card, or net banking). After paying you will receive a receipt, which you can keep for the future. Note: This feature is available to those policy holders who have registered their policy on LIC’s website.

According to the information given by LIC, the policy holders will be able to look at their premium through WhatsApp number 8976862090. Then you will be able to pay directly through UPI, Net Banking, Debit or Credit Card. Complete process – from policy identity to payment and receipt – WhatsApp is completed within the bot.
