Indian stock markets remained completely flat on Tuesday. After a flat opening, the market also had a flat closing today. The BSE Sensex closed down 4.40 points at 82,555.44 points while the Nifty 50 closed up 1.15 points at 25,279.85 points. Let us tell you that today the Sensex opened with a gain of 92.85 points at 82,652.69 points and the Nifty opened with a gain of 34.7 points at 25,313.40 points.

These Sensex stocks saw the biggest decline

On Tuesday, shares of Bajaj Finance, a company listed on the Sensex, saw the maximum decline of 1.29 percent. After this, Infosys fell by 1.28 percent, Adani Ports by 0.99 percent, JSW Steel by 0.93 percent, HCL Tech by 0.89 percent, Bharti Airtel by 0.82 percent. Apart from these, shares of Indusind Bank, Tata Motors, NTPC, Tata Steel, Reliance Industries, Maruti Suzuki, Sun Pharma, Tech Mahindra, Power Grid, TCS and ITC registered a decline today.

There was a good rise in the shares of these companies

Apart from these, ICICI Bank shares closed with the highest gain of 1.45 percent. Bajaj Finserv closed with a gain of 1.30 percent, Titan 0.85 percent, Nestle India 0.75 percent, HDFC Bank 0.72 percent, State Bank of India 0.32 percent. Apart from these, shares of Mahindra & Mahindra, Larsen & Toubro, Kotak Mahindra Bank, UltraTech Cement, Hindustan Unilever, Asian Paints and Axis Bank also closed with gains today.

Shares of more than half of the companies of Sensex and Nifty closed in red mark

Let us tell you that on Tuesday, out of the total 30 companies of Sensex, the shares of 17 companies closed in red while the shares of 13 companies closed in green. Similarly, out of the 50 companies included in Nifty 50, the shares of 29 companies closed with losses while the shares of 21 companies closed in profit.
