Tata Motors has launched the long range version of its popular electric SUV Tata Nexon in India, which has been named Tata Nexon EV Max in the domestic market of India.
The new Tata Nexon EV Max has been built by the company on high voltage state-of-the-art Ziptron technology, with two trims being launched in the market. Its first trim is Tata Nexon EV Max X Z Plus (Nexon EV Max XZ+) and the second is Tata Nexon EV Max X Z Plus Luxury (Nexon EV Max XZ+ Lux.).
The company has introduced it with three attractive color themes in which first color is Intense Steel (specially designed for Nexon EV Max), second color is Daytona Gray and third color is Pristine White. Also, the company is offering this electric SUV as a dual tone body color standard.
Talking about the battery and power of the Tata Nexon EV Max, it is powered by a 40.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which is 33 percent more battery capacity than the current Nexon EV.
Regarding the range of this electric SUV, the company claims that it gives a driving range of 437 km on a single full charge and this range has been certified by ARAI. The Tata Nexon EV Max produces 105 kW (143 PS) of power and 250 Nm of instant torque.
Regarding the speed of Tata Nexon EV Max, the company claims that this electric SUV achieves a speed of 0 to 100 kmph in just 9 seconds.
To make the charging of Tata Nexon EV Max even easier, the company has given the option of 3.3 kW charger and 7.2 kW AC fast charger in it. You can install this car at home or office through 7.2 kW AC fast charger.
Regarding this fast charger, the company claims that this charger reduces the time taken for charging this SUV to 6.5 hours. The Nexon EV Max can charge from 0 to 80 in just 56 minutes with any 50kW DC fast charger.
In Tata Nexon EV Max, the company has given 3 driving modes in which the first mode is Eco, the second mode is City and the third mode is Sport, with which the company has added eight new features based on connected car technology.

Talking about the features, in addition to the attractive exterior, in Tata Nexon EV Max, the company has made a lot of changes in its interior as well. In which a better center console with a new design has been given.

Apart from this, features like Jeweled Control Knob with Mode Display, Makrana Badge Interior, Ventilated Seat at Front, Air Purifier, Wireless Smartphone Charging, Auto Climate Control, Cruise Control and Dimming IRVM have been added.
Apart from this, new safety features like ESP, hill hold, descent control, electronic parking have been given in this Tata Nexon EV Max with i VBSC.
Talking about the price, the company has launched it in the market with an initial price of Rs 17,74,000 (ex-showroom), which goes up to Rs 19,24,000 when it goes to its top variant.
