Shares of Tata Group company Titan touched its all-time high on Monday. Shares of Titan Company on Monday rose 2.38 percent to touch the level of Rs 2,767.55. The company’s shares closed at Rs 2,705.70, up by Rs 2.45 at the end of trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Veteran investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has made a big bet in Titan Company. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and his wife hold 5.09 per cent stake in Titan Company. This figure of stake is as of 31 December 2021 quarter.
Titan shares have given more than 38,000 percent return
Shares of Titan Company have given investors more than 38,542 per cent returns. The shares of Titan were at the level of Rs 7 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on 14 July 1995. The shares of the company have closed at Rs 2705.70 on March 21, 2022. If an investor had invested Rs 1 lakh in the shares of the company on July 14, 1995 and had retained his investment, at present this money would have been close to Rs 3.8 crore.
