Food delivery platform Zomato announced on Monday that it is going to start food delivery service in 10 minutes soon. Regarding this service, Zomato’s founder Deepender Goyal said on Twitter that no pressure will be created on the employees regarding this. Let’s know what is the complete plan of Zomato?

Dipendra said, “Fast response is being sought from the customers side to meet their needs. Customers don’t want to wait.’ Goyal further adds, ‘The average delivery time by Zomato is 30 minutes which is quite slow.’
On achieving the 10-minute target, Deepender Goyal says that each station will list 20 to 30 best seller items across different restaurants based on demand prediction and hyperlocal preference. We have 1.35 billion delivery experience which will make this task simple.
Dipendra said that there will be no pressure on the delivery partners regarding this new service. Nor will we penalize people who deliver late. Also, no gift will be given by the company for delivering the product on time. According to Dipendra, the delivery partners will not be aware of the pre-scheduled timings. Fresh and hot food will be delivered to the customers with the help of dish level demand prediction algorithms and other facilities. Let us tell you, now this service will start in Gurugram. Where it will be started on the side of the pilot project.
