The conduct of the Matric Compartmental cum Special Examination will start from Thursday at two centers located at the district headquarters. Examination center has been made in local MP High School and BB High School. A total of 1295 candidates will appear in this exam. All the preparations for the examination have been completed by the Administrative and Education Department. As per the instructions at both the centres, the seat planning has also been done by the center superintendents keeping in mind the COVID rules. The total number of examinees in MP High School is 835 and in BB High School is 460. Matriculation compartmental exam will be conducted in two shifts.
The first shift examination will be conducted from 9.30 am to 12.45 am and the second shift examination will be conducted from 1.45 pm to 5 pm. Static magistrate, patrol magistrate, zonal magistrate have been deputed to conduct clean, peaceful and malpractice-free examinations at the examination centres. The candidate must enter the examination center at least ten minutes before the commencement of the examination. The candidates are strictly prohibited from coming to the examination hall wearing shoes and stockings, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. The candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall only after thorough screening of the candidates at the main gate of the examination centre. Bringing and using mobile phones, bluetooth, electronic gadgets, whitener and eraser etc. will be prohibited in the examination center. Also, the invigilators at the center will also not use mobiles. The license of section 144 will remain in force at the examination centers. On the first day of the examination, the examination of Mathematics in the first shift and Science in the second shift will be conducted.
