It was quite challenging to give results in corona infection. Corona came in March 2020. Earlier, the Inter and Matriculation examinations were taken in February itself. Corona infection was fast at the time of matriculation result. Then in 2021 it was difficult to take both matriculation and inter exam and give results. Scanning work started in nine regional offices. More and more computers were used for results. Half of the syllabus was taken on OMR. The assessment was done by computer. Shifted the evaluation work of teachers to the computer. This saved time. This brought the time of two and a half months in the preparation of the result to 15 to 20 days.
The image of Bihar Board changed due to technology, examination process and innovation: Till 2016 no work was done digitally in Bihar Board. After assuming office in 2016, held meetings with several boards of the country. I connected every section to the computer. Finished manual work. This reduced the mistakes. Barcoding was introduced to maintain the secrecy of the examination. For error-free results, arrangements were made to provide printed answer sheets containing the names of the candidates. For the last three years, the Bihar Board is taking the exam and giving the result before all the boards in the country.
The board will prepare a new standard after studying the examination system of 10 countries
Bihar board will study the board exam system of other countries. An international meeting will be held soon for this. Talks are going on with Singapore, Finland and other countries. A new standard will be prepared after studying the board examination system of eight to ten countries.

The Prime Minister’s Award in the field of Civil Services was started in 2006. But it could not be organized in 2019, 2020 and 2021 due to corona infection. I have received this award for 2020. Bihar Board is the first in the country, in which this award has been received while working. This award has been given to me for improving the examination system of Bihar Board. This award has brought Bihar Board to the top in the country.
The data of every child is being prepared
The entire board has been computerized. Computers have been provided to all schools for online registration and filling up of examination forms. This has now facilitated the school administration. From time to time, the forms are being filled under the supervision of the school administration. Incorrect form being filled. Now every school has a complete computer setup.
Board will erase Munnabhai’s name
Munnabhai is still caught in matriculation and inter examination. We have to eradicate it. The examination system will be made so strong that fake students will not be able to appear in the examination. For this, Artificial Intelligence will be implemented from this session. With this, those taking the exam by putting fake photos will be caught immediately. Apart from this, Aadhaar verification will also be done now. This will allow easy correction in case of error in the certificate.
Digital content will be made for all subjects
Computers have been given to five thousand secondary and higher secondary schools in the state. Now all schools will be given digital content. This will happen in every subject. Preparation has been started for this. This will be applicable from the calendar of this session. If needed, the number of computers in schools will also be increased.
