Amidst the security arrangements, the CBSE 10th term-two examinations started across the district from Wednesday. On the first day, the English subject examination was peaceful at BR Kendriya Vidyalaya, St. Joseph Public School, River Valley School, Senior Secondary School, BRDAV, Sunflower, DAV Etawa, Mount Litra Public School etc.
Abhishek Kumar Singh, the center superintendent of St.Joseph Public School, Ratanpur Kalinagar in the city, said that out of 487 candidates, only three candidates remained absent. RC Academy Pokharia, Mount Litera Zee School and St. Jude’s School, Phulwadia have been made the hub. He said that according to the CBSE guidelines, this time only 18 children were seated in a room. Entry was allowed inside the main gate of the examination center only after tight security and checking. After that the examinees were also sanitized.
RN Singh, director of Var Valley School, said that 14 out of 407 were absent. Sanskriti School was the center of Manjhoul and Don Basco School. Sun Flower School director Parmanand Singh said that out of 442 all were present. DAV Etawa center superintendent Shanti Singh said that out of 494 candidates, six were absent. Vikas Vidyalaya and St. Paul was the examination center of Bahadarpur. There was great enthusiasm among the children regarding the examination. There was a crowd of parents around the center but everyone remained calm till the examination was over. The examinees who came out of the examination told the questions asked in the English subject as easy.
