CBSE Term 2 Exams 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to conduct the term 2 examination for class 10th and 12th from April 26. This is the first time that for the current academic year CBSE is conducting the board exams in two parts under the special evaluation policy introduced.
The board has shared some important guidelines with the schools regarding CBSE 10th, 12th Term 2 examinations. The board has also sent them the minute-to-minute schedule of the exam day. Apart from this, the board has also disclosed important information about the color code of the answer sheets to be given to the students of class 10th and 12th. Read all the information given below in detail as it is very useful for all the students who are going to appear in CBSE Term 2 Board Exam 2022.
CBSE Term 2 Exams: Will the 10th-12th exam be canceled due to increase in COVID?
Schools will receive question papers 45 minutes before the start of the exam
The exam hall will be opened 45 minutes before the exam time i.e. at 9:45 AM. Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall till 10 am. Answer sheets and question papers will be distributed to the students between 10 am to 10:15 am. They will be given 15 minutes to read the question paper before starting the exam. Candidates will be allowed to write the exam at 10:30 AM.
Admission of candidates – 9 am to 10 am
Admission will close – 10 am
Distribution of question papers, answer sheets – from 10 am to 10:15 am
Question Paper Reading Time – 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM
Exam start time – 10:30 am
Answer books of class 10th and 12th will be of different colors
The board has also shared the color codes to be applicable for the 10th and 12th class answer sheets. The board said that the answer sheets of both the classes will be of different colours. The color of answer sheets for class 10th will be red while for class 12th the color will be blue. This will help in identifying the answer sheet of both the classes easily. However, green color will be used for Mathematics subject in both class 10th and 12th.
Graphs will be attached inside the answer sheets
The graph of the subjects in which questions will be asked with question graph will be attached with the answer sheets. No separate graph will be given to the candidates. While the main answer sheets for both classes 10th and 12th will have 32 pages without graphs, the answer sheets with graphs will have 48 pages. Students are advised to check the total number of pages in the answer sheets before starting the examination and inform their examiner if they have less number of pages. The board has mentioned in its guidelines that the blank answer sheet is to be checked by the center superintendent. In case of any discrepancy, it will be immediately informed to the Regional Officer.
Note: Every student has to write the serial number on the attendance sheet.
