JEE Advanced 2025: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has released the schedule of JEE Advanced 2025. This exam will be held on 18 May 2025.
Eligible candidates will be able to apply by visiting the official website jeeadv.ac.in from 23 April 2025. Online registration will run till 2 May 2025 (11:59 pm), while the last date for submission of registration fees is 5 May 2025.
The top 2.5 lakh candidates qualifying in JEE Main 2025 will be eligible for JEE Advanced 2025.
Cut-off based on JEE Main
This year the cut-off based on JEE Main 2025 was as follows: 93.1023262 for general category, 80.3830111 for EWS, 79.4313582 for OBC, 61.1526933 for SC 61.1526933, and 47.9026465 for SC. Last year, the general category cut-off was 93.2362181, which has decreased slightly this time.
SC, ST, Divyang, and women candidates will have to pay Rs 1600 as registration fees, while the fee for other candidates is Rs 3200. Candidates have been advised to keep an eye on the official website for the latest updates.
JEE Advanced is mandatory for admission to the prestigious IITs of the country. Based on the results of JEE Main organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the qualifying cut-off is fixed for JEE Advanced.
