Jharkhand Jobs News: Under the proposed Deendayal Jan Aajeevika Yojana (D-Jay Urban) of the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry, a total of 101 posts will be made in Jharkhand. These appointments will be at the state, district, and community levels.
On 7 April 2025, in the review meeting of the Urban Development Department, there was a detailed discussion on the appointment process for this scheme. It was decided in the meeting that the process of appointment to additional posts will start only when the central government will release the final guidelines for this scheme.
Currently, 158 personnel are employed in Jharkhand under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihood Mission (Day-Nulm). The proposed D-JAY (urban) scheme will further expand these efforts.
