NEET 2022: The notification for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET 2022) for undergraduate admission in medical, dental and other courses is expected to be released today. National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the notification and exam date online on the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
Sources close to NTA have shared that NEET 2022 is likely to be held on July 17. Whereas applications can start from April 2. However, students are advised to wait for the official notification.
Let us tell you, there is no change in NEET 2022 Syllabus. NEET 2022 question paper will contain questions from the prescribed syllabus of NCERT for Class 11 and 12 for Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
NEET UG 2022 exam will be conducted in pen and paper mode in 13 languages across the country. These include English, English and Urdu – which will be available across India. Apart from these, the exam will also be conducted in 10 regional languages – Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu at the respective regional centres.
Let us tell you, NMC had removed the upper age limit from the NEET 2022 exam. Accordingly, all the students who have completed or completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December, 2022 will be eligible to appear in the examination.
NEET exam is attempted by students from the medical field who wish to take admission in graduate medical courses like MBBS/BDS in India’s top medical colleges, AIIMS, JIPMER, and others. 1- Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) 2022 through “Online” mode only.
2- Online application form can be submitted by visiting NTA website neet.nta.nic.in. Application form in any other mode will not be accepted.
3- Only one application form is to be made by a candidate.
4- Candidates should strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates not following the instructions will be disqualified.
5- The candidates should ensure that the e-mail address and mobile number provided in the online application form are that of themselves or the parent/guardian. Because the details related to NEET will be sent to these email addresses and numbers.
