The Education Department has issued new guidelines on the issue of academic and training certificates in teacher planning in the district. Nepal’s matriculation certificate will be valid in Bihar, but the condition is that after that they have passed Inter and Tet examination from India. That is, the Nepali matriculation degree will be valid only for those who have done Inter, Tet and training from India. After this guideline of the Education Department, the candidates have definitely got some relief. Arshad Firoz, Deputy Secretary, Education Department has given instructions to the DEO in this regard. According to the instructions, the salary payment of such candidates reinstated to the post of teacher will be done only after verification of certificates.
There was a ban on reinstatement due to being a two-country case: Let us inform here that in Araria district also, many matriculation pass candidates from Nepal had applied for teacher reinstatement. But due to being a case of two countries, the District Education Department had banned its reinstatement. After this guidance was sought from the higher officials of Patna. Guidelines have been issued in the light of this guidance. Many candidates were waiting for this guidance. After the arrival of the new guidelines, their faces have blossomed. A candidate has also been found who has done Matriculation, Inter and Graduation from Nepal. Guidance has been sought in this regard.

Salary will be paid after certificate verification: Establishment DPO Ravi Ranjan told that if the candidate is an Indian and has passed the teacher eligibility test with Inter, graduate training from Bihar or any other state on the basis of matriculation certificate from Nepal, then such candidate teacher employment will be eligible. But the salary will be paid only after their certificate verification. But the situation in Araria is that only one candidate has been found who has done Matriculation from Nepal and Inter from India. Whereas the second candidate has done both matriculation and inter from Nepal. The third candidate has passed Matriculation, Inter and Graduation from Nepal. The DPO said that guidance has been sought from Patna Department in this regard.
