UPTET Result 2021: The result of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET Exam 2021) has been released. Candidates were waiting for this result for a long time. The result has been declared by the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Anil Bhushan Chaturvedi. In this examination, 38 percent i.e. 4 lakh 43 thousand 598 candidates have passed at the primary level. At the same time, 28 percent i.e. 2 lakh 16 thousand 994 candidates have passed at the upper primary level. This result has been better as compared to last year. Last year 34-35 per cent candidates were declared passed at primary level and 11 per cent in upper primary level.

UPTET is a state level exam which is conducted once in a year. The candidates who clear it are eligible for the recruitment of primary (class 1 to 5) and upper primary (class 6-8) level teachers in schools in Uttar Pradesh. The validity of UPTET certificate has now been increased from 7 years to lifelong. Candidates who clear the exam once will be eligible to appear in the state teacher recruitment for life.
The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) was to be conducted on November 28, 2021, but the UPTET-2021 exam was canceled on the same morning due to paper leak. After this, the examination was successfully conducted on 23 January. The exam was conducted in a total of 2,532 primary centers and 1,733 upper primary centers in the state.
The result was earlier to be declared on February 25. The final answer key of the exam was to be released on February 23 but the answer key was also not released on the scheduled date. It was only after the release of the final answer key on 23 February that it became clear that there would be a change in the schedule. The Office of the Examination Regulatory Authority had sought an order from the government regarding the release of the result on February 8.
