Preparation for UPSC exam was not easy for S.S. Keerthana. But, he continued his hard work and finally fulfilled his dream on his own. S.S. Keerthana worked as a child artist in many hit films and TV serials and then suddenly he said goodbye to the film world and devoted all his time to UPSC preparation.
First posting of HS Keerthana
After failing five times in a row, H S Keerthana passed the UPSC exam in his sixth attempt. The actress’s first posting was as Assistant Commissioner in Mandya district of Karnataka. Talking about Keerthana’s acting career, she has worked in popular shows like Habba, O Mallige, Upendra, A, Dore, Mudina Alia, Lady Commissioner, Ganga-Yamuna and Circle Inspector, Janani, Putani and Chiguru J. In such a situation, his sudden decision to leave the world of entertainment became a surprise for many people who had worked with him.
Passed the exam in the sixth time.
H S Keerthana appeared for the Karnataka Administrative Service examination for the first time in 2011. After passing this examination with good marks, he worked as a KAS officer for 2 years. Then she started preparing for UPSC exam and appeared in UPSC CSE exam for the first time in 2013. After five consecutive attempts, Keerthana cleared UPSC in 2020 and secured 167th rank.
