Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ failed to make a mark at the box office on its first day. However, after the release of the film, actress Alia Bhatt reached Mumbai’s famous cinema, Gaiety Galaxy, to see the reaction of the audience. As soon as Alia reached the location, people gathered around her car. The audience started hooting the actress and started addressing Alia as ‘Gangubai’.
The audience welcomed Alia with so much warmth that the actress couldn’t resist and decided to thank her fans. The actress came out from the roof of the car and accepted the reaction of the fan. Alia gave Gangubai’s famous namaskar pose and also repeated the famous line from the film, “Izzat se jeene ka… kisi se darne ka nahi”.
Reply to trollers
In a way, it was Alia’s reply to her trollers and haters who are trying to humiliate her. Talking about the trollers, actress Kangana Ranaut has also taunted Alia Bhatt on several occasions. Last week too, without directly naming her, Kangana Ranaut called Alia a ‘movie mafia papa ki pari’ in her first Instagram story, which read, “This Friday, 200 crores will burn to ashes at the box office… Movie mafia daddy’s angel (who likes to have a British passport) because papa wants to prove that romcom bimbo can act…the biggest drawback of the movie is the wrong casting…they won’t improve. No wonder the screen south And why are you going to Hollywood films… Bollywood has luck, till the film mafia has the power”.
After this incident, Alia was asked about the negativity towards her film and Kangana’s attitude. Then Alia Bhatt replied to the ‘Manikarnika’ actress with a quote from the Bhagavad Gita. Alia said “Lord Krishna said in the Gita that inaction is in action. That’s all I want to say.”
