Dhanush’s 50th film ‘Raayan’ has made a great collection at the box office in the first week and has earned Rs 100 crore worldwide. This action drama film of Dhanush has become his third movie to score a century worldwide. Earlier, ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ in 2022 and ‘Vathi’ in 2023 did wonders at the box office. Dhanush’s ‘Raayan’ earned around Rs 74 crore in India in its first week, out of which Rs 49 crore came from Tamil Nadu. Internationally, the film earned US$ 3.60 million which has joined the list of highest grossing films of Dhanush’s career. After the weekend, it seemed that the film was trying to touch the Rs 100 crore mark in Tamil Nadu. This year is also going to be lucky for Dhanush. The film has earned tremendously without any filter.

‘Raayan’ earned a whopping Rs 7 crore in the first week not only in Tamil Nadu but also in Karnataka and Rs 4.50 crore in Kerala. The Telugu dubbed version of the film has created a stir by earning more than Rs 10 crore in Telugu states. According to Saccanilk, ‘Raayan’ has collected more than Rs 88.55 crore worldwide in 6 days. The craze for Dhanush’s 50th film is being seen not only in India but all over the world.
