The film earned Rs 6.25 crore on the second day, Rs 7.75 crore on the third day, Rs 8.7 crore on the fourth day, Rs 5.4 crore on the fifth day, Rs 4.4 crore on the sixth day, Rs 3.75 crore on the seventh day, Rs 3.15 crore on the 8th day and Rs 2.7 crore on the ninth day, Rs 3.9 crore on the 10th day. In the movie, Prithviraj Sukumaran has played the character of Najeeb, who goes to another country in search of employment but is made a slave there. He faces a lot of oppression and he wants to return to his country somehow.
