Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is once again back for her fans with the film Nikamma. Directed by Sabbir Khan, the film also stars Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia. The trailer of the film was released in Mumbai on May 17, during which Shilpa Shetty also remembered the early days of her career. Shilpa Shetty started her career in the year 1993 with Abbas-Mustan’s film Baazigar.
The actress told that when she started her career, she did not know much at that time. Even she did not know how to speak Hindi properly. It has been 30 years since Shilpa Shetty stepped into the film industry, for which she also expressed her gratitude to her fans.
Shilpa said, I don’t know how people have tolerated me. People were more tolerant then. Now the audience is smart, so today you have to work very hard. I think the reason I’ve been around for so long is because I love my work.”
Shilpa remembered Shahrukh’s advice: Recalling the first shoot of the film Baazigar, Shilpa told that Shahrukh had given her very good advice. Shilpa said, “I did not understand Hindi, my grammar is still not correct, but I work hard. I learned Urdu and I speak Hindi a lot. My first shot was in a park with Shah Rukh Khan before singing ‘Kitabe Bahuti Si’. At that point, I was quickly ending it by saying my line. And couldn’t face the camera. Then Shah Rukh told me ‘look at the camera, the camera is your spectator and say the lines’.”
Let us tell you that seeing the poster of the film, the film seemed to be the story of a superwoman. But after the release of the trailer, it seems to be a real based story. The trailer of the film is 2.57 seconds, in which Shilpa Shetty appears in the avatar of Superwoman. After this, she is seen ordering Abhimanyu Dassani. Abhimanyu calls him Haseen Villain, after which Super Villain Abhimanyu hits a vigorous entry.
