New Delhi. The condition of Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s recent release ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’ is very bad in terms of earnings. Till now, this film has not been able to earn even Rs 100 crore across the country, whereas the budget of the film is around Rs 350 crore. Manushi Chhillar has also played an important role in this movie. Manushi Chhillar has reacted to the poor performance of the film at the box office. The actress says that she has no control over whether the film will do well at the box office or not.
In an interview given to Zoom, Manushi Chhillar said, ‘As an actress, you always want your films to perform well at the box office. You want people to see you, like you, like the film and enjoy it, but sometimes that doesn’t happen, which is completely normal. This is something I have accepted. The only thing is that I have to do good work and keep exploring new things. I want filmmakers to keep watching me work on screen and I think this is my learning.
You don’t have control over box office numbers
Manushi Chhillar said, ‘Box office numbers are something over which you have no control as an actor, so I don’t think much about things which I don’t have control over.’ It is known that Manushi Chhillar has worked in many films before ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’, which include ‘Samrat Prithviraj’, ‘The Great Indian Family’ and ‘Operation Valentine’. All these movies have flopped badly at the box office.
