Eat a handful of gram and jaggery in the morning

Ayurvedacharya says that eating jaggery with soaked or roasted gram on an empty stomach in the morning is beneficial and it is also perfect breakfast. This not only strengthens the digestive system, but many problems go away. Ayurvedacharya counted the merits of jaggery-chan.

Dr. Pramod Anand Tiwari of ‘Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital of Babe’, Punjab, Punjab, described the wet or roasted gram and jaggery as beneficial in many ways for health. It contains many such nutrients, which keeps the mind fit with the body by eating.

Dr. Tiwari said, “Chana and jaggery are rich in nutrients, in such a regular morning eating jaggery with a handful of gram keeps the body fit. It gives the body energy. You can eat jaggery with sprouts or roasted gram, both are beneficial and full of nutrients.”

Dr. Tiwari also told what are the benefits of eating gram and jaggery on an empty stomach in the morning. Giving detailed information, he said, “Sprouts contain fiber, which makes the digestive system strong, which can eliminate problems like digestive problems such as vata, constipation, indigestion as stomach irritation. Jaggery is also beneficial for the digestive system. If you start the day with a handful of jaggery and gram. Are, which gives energy and you feel refreshed throughout the day. “

Dr. Tiwari said, “If your immunity is weak then the consumption of jaggery-gram is even more beneficial for you. The antioxidants present in gram and jaggery increase the ability to fight diseases, which does not risk infection. There are minerals found in jaggery, which are also very beneficial for the patients of anemia.”

Ayurvedacharya said that jaggery is found in plenty of calcium and phosphorus, which also make bones strong.

However, Dr. Tiwari also asked for some precaution in the consumption of jaggery-gram. He said, “People who have diabetes should not consume more jaggery. They can eat in limited quantities. People who have allergic problems should also take precaution before eating sprouted gram and should not eat without consulting a doctor.”
