Sit or lie down in correct posture during pregnancy. Do some exercise from the first month of pregnancy. However, before doing this, consult your doctor first.

Take a walk – You will get a lot of benefits from walking. Doctors also advise walking during this period. You can walk around your house or garden for at least 30 minutes twice a day. This will also help you stay active.

Massage- Women who are becoming mothers for the first time should especially get massage done. With massage, the muscles of this area become relaxed and ready for delivery. In the ninth month, getting a massage once or twice a week can prepare your lower body for normal delivery.

Eat right- During pregnancy, some crave spicy food and some crave sweet food. But this increases the chances of complication. To increase the chances of normal delivery, eat healthy food during pregnancy. Also include plenty of drinks in your diet.
