That is, you can eat food for just one hour throughout the day, the rest of the 23 hours stay in fasting. It is a form of intermittent fasting, which limits calorie intake and motivates the body to burn fat.

Omad diet can help in weight loss, as it reduces calorie intake and motivates the body to burn. This diet can have advantages such as improvement in metabolism, body cleaning, and improving insulin sensitivity. You can slowly start Omad diet. First eat food twice a day in a day or two, then slowly come to eat once. However, it is necessary to consult a doctor before starting this diet.
