Ways to make kidneys healthy
If you want to keep your kidneys healthy, start drinking the right amount of water daily. Drink at least 3 liters of water throughout the day. Use barley in food. You can make barley porridge, barley flour or decoction and drink it. Barley water is also beneficial for kidneys. Eating 1-2 radishes on an empty stomach in the morning is also beneficial for the kidneys. Eat Sarvakalp Kwath and Bhoomi Amla. This will make the kidneys healthy and function better.
Home remedies to remove kidney stones
Having kidney stones has become very common these days. The pain of stones is dangerous. If you have kidney stones, consult a doctor. If the size of the stone is very small then it can be cured with some home remedies. In case of kidney stones, consume horse gram pulses. Drink as much water as possible throughout the day. Include barley and its products in your diet. Eat radish in the morning and consume Patthar Chatta leaves. Avoid tomatoes and brinjal. Eat less ghee and oil. Eat bottle gourd vegetable and drink bottle gourd juice.
