Breakfast (400 kcal, 35 grams of protein)
Option 1: 4 Egg whiteness + 1 full egg (18 grams of protein)-50 grams of cheese fried with onion, tomato and spices-1 multigrain toast (4 grams of protein) option 2 (not) 2 (eggs): 60 grams soy-chili (not) of chili (4 grams of protein)-4 grams of chili (4 grams of protein)- 50 grams of low -fat cheese (11 grams of protein) mixed with powder – 1 small multigrain toast grilled with spices (4 grams of protein)
Lunch
