Yoga for weight loss

The most effective yoga in weight loss
Buti-Chakricasana-1- To perform this yoga practice, first of all lie down on the back and stop your hands under the hips and stop the breath. Now lift one leg upwards and bend it from the knee and move close to the heel hips and roam like this. Come to do this with both legs. Do this 10 to 20 times with one leg and keep doing this easy to keep the feet on the ground.
Buti-Chakricasana-2- Similarly, bend both legs with knees and stick the knees on the chest. Now keep breathing slowly and leave and run as you ride the bicycle. Those who have back pain or have high BP and heart patients should not do this yoga. To reduce obesity, do this asana 5-10 minutes daily.
Padvritasana-1- This yoga proves effective in weight loss. To do this first lie down straight. Now raise the right leg and rotate the foot 5 to 10 times. Do this in a clock wise and anti -clock wise manner. Due to this, the fat stored on the stomach is especially low in the lower part of the fat.
Padvritasana-2- For this, you do yoga by mixing both legs and making zero. You take the feet up and down and right left. Also make it a clock wise and another time anti -clock wise.
Ardhalasana- Lie on your back to do this yoga. The palms should be straight and claws towards the ground, legs straight and taunts. Now fill the breath in and raise the legs up to 90 degrees slowly. Stay in this position for a while and then slowly bring the feet down. Do this yogabhya 3 to 6 times.
