Would you like to send a daughter born in India to Pakistan?” He said that Seema’s marriage and motherhood are part of a natural process. Seema’s lawyer said that in the birth certificate issued by the Uttar Pradesh government, Seema Meena has been described as the child’s mother and Sachin Meena as the father of the child. It confirms their integration in Indian society. According to the Guardianship Act, the child should stay with the mother.
