Amit Shah patted the security forces, saying, “Our security agencies have killed 16 Naxalites in a campaign in Sukma and recovered a large stock of automatic weapons.” This is a huge success. Along with this, he further wrote, I appeal to those holding weapons that weapons and violence cannot change, only peace and development can change. The Ministry of Home Affairs has exempted security forces under the anti -Naxal campaign. Naxalites are being encountered in the direction of completely eliminating Naxalism from the country.
Earlier on March 20, 22 Naxalites were killed. Security forces killed 18 Naxalites in an encounter by security forces in the forest on the Bijapur-Dantewada border. On this day, four Naxalites were killed by security forces in another encounter in Kanker. A large quantity of weapons and explosive materials were also recovered from the slain Naxalites. Please tell that Naxalites in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha have been almost completely abolished. Many Naxalites have left Hathidhar and returned to the mainstream and many are serving sentence in jail. Anti -Naxal campaign is going on in Chhattisgarh and soon the Naxalites will also be eliminated from here.
