Principal of Richmond Global School Moupali Mitra said that he had informed the police commissioner a few minutes after receiving an email threatened by the bomb this morning. He further stated that with the help of bomb disposal squad and other teams, explosives of every corner of the school were examined and everything was found safe.

Mitra told ANI, “We are monitoring every kind of message. We got a threatened email at 10:52 am and we mail the police commissioner at 10:58 am. The bomb disposal squad and other teams with the cyber department at 10:58 am reached there immediately … We investigated every corner of the school and found that it is completely safe … Should stand against them … The school is working normally. “

Officials said on Friday that more than 20 schools in Delhi have received bomb threats through emails. The incident took place at a time when about ten schools in the national capital and a college were threatened with an email in the last three days, after which the police took action and temporarily closed the colleges.

According to the police, the bomb threatened letter wrote, “Hello. I am writing to tell you that I have placed many explosive equipment (Trichitrotoluine) in school classes. Explosives have been hidden in black plastic bags very efficiently. I will erase each of you from this world. I will not survive the news. I will not see a lot. Parents are coming to school and they see their children’s cold, mutilated bodies. “

It is written in the letter “All of you deserve to suffer. I really hate my life, I will commit suicide after this news, I will cut my throat and wrist. I have never got the true help, psychiatrists, psychologists, someone never cared and no one will ever care. Meanwhile, former Delhi Chief Minister Atishi on Friday expressed concern over the threats of bombing more than 20 schools in the national capital. He criticized the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government for not ensuring the safety of students.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Kalkaji assembly constituency, Atishi posted on X, “Today more than 20 schools have been threatened with bombing! Think of what trauma children, parents and teachers must have to go through. The BJP controls all 4 engines of governance in Delhi, and yet our children are not able to provide any protection!”

Earlier, on Wednesday morning, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya announced that according to the advice of the police, it would remain closed for the day.

According to officials, the schools that have received threats include St. Thomas School in Dwarka, Vasant Valley School at Vasant Kunj, The Mother’s International School at Hauz Khas, Richmond Global School at West Vihar and Sardar Patel School at Lodhi Estate, earlier, St. Stephens College of Delhi University also received a bomb. Officials said the email claimed that the bomb was placed in the library.

The site has been evacuated and the Delhi Police’s bomb disposal squad, Dog Squad, Delhi Fire Brigade and Special Staff are present on the spot. The area has been sieged and intensive AS is being investigated. According to Delhi Police, nothing suspects have been found yet.

On Monday, two schools in Chanakyapuri and Dwarka areas of Delhi also received a bomb threat through email from Delhi Police. No explosives were found in the search operation.
