The Supreme Court has granted anticipatory bail to IAS Pooja Khedkar, former trainee of Maharashtra cadre, who has passed the Civil Services Examination by taking advantage of the quota through fake disabled certificate and OBC reservation. The apex court directed Pooja Khedkar to cooperate in the investigation. Earlier, the Supreme Court had extended her bail period till 21 May, stopping the arrest of Pooja Khedkar. The Supreme Court had reprimanded the Delhi Police for a slow investigation into the case during the last hearing. With this, the apex court had directed to complete the investigation soon.
