There is good news for the youth looking for jobs. There is good news for the youth who are dreaming of government job. Indian Coast Guard has announced recruitment for the posts of Assistant Commandant (Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer) for the batch of 2026. There are a total of 140 vacant posts of GD and technical branches for which recruitment will be conducted.
When can you apply?
Let us tell you that interested candidates can apply for this from December 5, 2024 to December 24, 2024. Talking about the qualification, applicants for GD must have graduated in class 12th (or equivalent) with Maths and Physics. Whereas for technical, one should have a degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronics etc. Candidates between 21 years to 25 years can apply.
General and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates have to pay Rs 300 for the application. Whereas no application fee will be charged for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates. After selection, you will get a salary of up to Rs 56,100.
