Possibility of storm and strong winds in Delhi on Saturday: IMD

There is a possibility of thunderstorms and strong winds in Delhi on Saturday and the maximum temperature may be around 40 degrees Celsius. India Meteorological Department (IMD) gave this information.

The IMD said that the minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 29.6 degrees Celsius, which is 1.6 degrees above normal. According to the Meteorological Department, relative humidity was recorded at 68 percent at 8.30 am.

The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) said that the Air Quality Index (AQI) was 156 at 9 am on Saturday morning which falls in the ‘medium’ category.

According to CPCB data, between zero to 50 AQI is considered ‘good’, between 51 and 100 ‘satisfactory’, between 101 and 200 ‘medium’, 201 to 300, between 201 to 300, ‘bad’, between 301 and 400 is considered ‘very bad’ and between 401 and 500 is considered ‘serious’.
