New Delhi. Former Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has once again been elected president of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD). In the organizational election of the party, Badal was unanimously unanimous. Badal will now take command of the party in place of the current executive president Balwinder Singh Bhundad. Earlier in November last year, Badal resigned from the post of president on the instructions of Shri Akal Takht. On the other hand, rebel leaders of SAD, Prem Singh Chandumajra, Gurpratap Singh Wadala, Bibi Jagir Kaur and Sukhdev Singh say that this election is a disregard of the orders of Shri Akal Takht Sahib.
After the resignation of Sukhbir Badal, he was sentenced to religious sentence by Shri Akal Takht and declared salary. A person found guilty in religious work is called ‘Sanakhaiya’. The Jathedars of Shri Akal Takht Sahib sentenced Sukhbir Badal to clean the washroom in the gurdwara, wash utensils, wash utensils, and serve anchor and take a spear in hand outside the houses. Sukhbir Singh Badal has been sentenced for confessing his crime in which he called Jathedar Sahibs at his residence during the Shiromani Akali government and pressured Gurmeet Ram Rahim to forgive him.

The late Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal was also involved in this as he was CM and Sukhbir Deputy CM at that time. Along with this, the title of Fakhr-e-Koum received by Prakash Singh Badal was also withdrawn. Shri Akal Takht had directed the Shiromani Akali Dal to discuss the new committee of the party soon and the new members should be appointed. On the other hand, a person attacked him when Sukhbir Badal was serving in the gurudwara one day. Sukhbir Badal narrowly survived due to the promptness of a security personnel present there.
