According to the news, Signature Global said that it has achieved pre-formal launch sales of more than Rs 3,600 crore for its latest premium housing residential development project ‘DE Lux-DXP’ in Sector 37D, Gurugram. The project is spread over 16.5 acres and has 2.7 million square feet area for sale. Signature Global will develop 1,008 units in this housing project.
Demand is increasing in mid residential segment
Pradeep Agarwal, Chairman, Signature Global, said that with the growing prosperity in the middle class, a significant population segment has developed better purchasing power and higher aspirations. Due to these factors, demand in the mid-residential segment is increasing, he said. Modern consumers are looking for a mix of features, amenities, location and affordability to meet the demands of the new age lifestyle, Agarwal said. He said that NRIs (Non-Resident Indians) and large corporate employees have shown tremendous interest.
Signature Global is primarily in the medium income and affordable housing segment. By December 2023, Signature Global has delivered 6.7 million sq ft area. It is developing an area of 16.9 million sq ft and also has an upcoming pipeline of 28.4 million sq ft of salable area.
