Jaipur. Due to the farmers’ movement, North Western Railways has again canceled 14 trains today. These include train number 04571 Bhiwani-Dhuri, train number 04572 Dhuri-Sirsa, train number 04573 Sirsa-Ludhiana, train number 04574 Ludhiana-Bhiwani, train number 04575 Hisar-Ludhiana, train number 04576 Ludhiana-Hisar, train number 04743 Hisar-Ludhiana, Train number 04744 Ludhiana-Churu, train number 04745 Churu-Ludhiana and train number 04746 Ludhiana-Hisar have been canceled today. Apart from these, train number 14654 Amritsar-Hisar, train number 14653 Hisar-Amritsar, train number 14815 Sriganganagar-Rishikesh and train number 14816 Rishikesh-Sriganganagar have also been cancelled.
A major accident took place in Srinagar, Ajmer on Friday evening. In Tihari area there, a tractor driver coming at high speed hit a bike and crushed the people standing on the roadside. Due to this, four people including two women and an innocent child died on the spot. This accident happened near Tihari bus stand. Rampura resident Ruparam, Tihari resident Shravani Devi, innocent Ajay and Beawar resident Badami Devi died in the accident.
Investigation into Khetri copper accident continues, mining work stopped
The DGMS team is investigating the causes of the accident at Khetri Copper’s Kolihan mine in Jhunjhunu. The team pasted a notice at the mine on Friday and sought information from the contract workers. The team entered the mine in a Neromet vehicle and inspected the spot. After this accident that happened three days ago, mining work in the mine has stopped. The DGMS team is investigating the entire matter under the leadership of JK Verma. In this accident, 14 people were trapped in the mine after the lift chain broke. Among them the Chief Vigilance Officer had died.
High Court gave big order in Odwada encroachment case
An important order has been given in the Jodhpur High Court in the matter of removal of encroachment on a large scale in Odwada village of Jalore. Under this, it has been said that those who have lease or valid documents related to possession of the land in their favor should not be removed till the next appearance. But those who do not have lease or documents can be considered as encroachers and action can be taken. This case was heard in the court of Justice Vineet Mathur on Friday. In the petition, the district administration was accused of running bulldozers without legal process. Now this case will be heard again on 8th July.
Another fraud exposed in Jal Jeevan Mission
Another major corruption has been revealed in Jal Jeevan Mission in Rajasthan. This disclosure has been made on the complaint of Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa. Huge irregularities have come to light in the Mission’s Dudu Borage and Ugriyawas scheme. Here all the new meters and equipment for water reading were found switched off. The contractor collected the payment without laying the pipeline. This irregularities came to light in a detailed investigation based on the complaint of the Deputy Chief Minister. Earlier, till now action has been taken against 6 engineers in connection with the corruption case in Jal Jeevan Mission.
ASI arrested taking bribe
Taking a major action in Tonk district, Kota ACB has arrested Assistant Sub Inspector Shankar Lal of Mahila police station red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 15,000. The accused Assistant Police Station Officer had asked for Rs 20,000 to help the complainant in his case. After that ACB raided the residence and other places of the accused. This action was taken under the leadership of ACB DSP Tarachand.
Pagaria police station incharge Vijendra Singh suspended
Major action has been taken after police negligence came to light in stopping the Gaukatha Kalash Yatra procession in Awar town of Jhalawar district. Due to the negligent attitude of the police, Pagaria police station in-charge Vijendra Singh has been suspended. Jhalawar SP Richa Tomar has issued orders for this. Here people of a particular community had stopped the procession on Friday. Due to this, there was a situation of tension in the town for some time.
Murder accused sentenced to life imprisonment
The ADJ court of Bari subdivision in Dholpur has sentenced the accused to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 9,000 in a murder case. Ganesh, the accused in a murder case about 16 years old, has been sentenced to life imprisonment. This murder case is related to Basai Dang police station area. The incident of attack on a farm was carried out on March 3, 2007 in Rajai village of the police station area. Ramji Lal had died during the firing.
Half a dozen people cut off the young man’s hand
In the Sadar police station area of Bundi, half a dozen attackers attacked a person named Naresh Meena with a sword and cut off his hand. Brother in law raped brother’s wife in Alwar
A heart-wrenching incident has once again come to light from Alwar. In Tahla police station area here, a woman has been raped by her brother-in-law. The accused is said to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident. The woman’s husband remains away for work. The accused brother-in-law had threatened to kill the victim if she told anyone about this incident. But later the victim gathered courage and reached Tehla police station and filed a rape case against her brother-in-law.
