Darbhanga. A major accident has occurred in Darbhanga, Bihar. Here a house caught fire due to fireworks. Six people are reported to have died in this fire. According to the police, fireworks were being burst during the procession. A cylinder burst due to firework fire. Due to this, the diesel kept there caught fire and people lost their lives. The deceased belong to the same family. These include 3 children.
According to the information, this accident happened in Bahera police station area of Alinagar block of Darbhanga. Chhagan Paswan’s daughter was getting married in Antor village on Thursday night. Arrangements for the stay and food of the wedding guests were made at the house of Ramchandra Paswan. When the wedding guests arrived, they started bursting with fireworks. Due to this, the tent of Ramchandra Paswan’s house caught fire. The fire in the tent broke out and engulfed the LPG cylinder kept there. The LPG cylinder exploded due to the strong fire.
People who came to the wedding and eyewitnesses told that as soon as the LPG cylinder exploded, the fire took a more serious form and the diesel kept at the door of Ramchandra Paswan’s house also caught fire. The situation went out of control due to diesel fire and explosion of LPG cylinder. The fire continued to spread and was not under control. After which the house of Ramchandra Paswan was also engulfed in fire and 6 members of the family lost their lives. Three cattle in Ramchandra Paswan’s house were also burnt to death. Darbhanga DM Rajiv Roshan said that investigation is going on here.
