Chhatarpur, Lavkushnagar. The dispute which started on an old dispute over land in village Muderi under Lavkushnagar police station on Friday later turned into a bloody struggle. The attackers torched a house and lashed out at a family with sticks. Due to which 6 people have been injured.
According to the information, due to the land dispute in village Muderi under Lavkushnagar police station, the house was set on fire with sticks, due to which there was a sensation in the whole village and people were lurking in the houses. Due to which panic filled silence has spread in the whole village. In fact, Vinay Singh, brother-in-law of Chandla MLA Rajesh Prajapati and Rammilan Shukla of the village, was having an old dispute over a land. There has been a tussle and tussle between them in the past regarding this. On which earlier the SDM had also given a stay. On Friday, on the instructions of the SDM, the RI and Patwari had gone for the demarcation of the same land. As soon as the measurement of the land was started there, the dispute started after the altercation. Which grew so much in no time that the relatives of the MLA set fire to Rammilan’s kutcha house. Later, there was a fierce baton, in which half a dozen people were injured. Among the injured, Rammilan, Ashish Shukla, Premnarayan Shukla, Ladkunwar, Devendra, Pappu, Bhagwati, Kalpana and Ramu Shukla have received more injuries.
The accused had come to kill
Rammilan Shukla, who was badly injured in the deadly attack here, has alleged that the attackers had come to take his life. When the land was being measured by the order of the SDM and Tehsildar, then we should have talked to the officials and not targeted our family. He has accused the MLA of giving protection in the case of assault by Vinay Singh, brother-in-law of Chandla MLA. The matter has reached Lavkushnagar police station. Station in-charge Kamlesh Sahu says that action will be taken after investigation based on the information of the case. The injured have been shifted to the hospital now. From there it is being referred to the district hospital. Sections will be increased on the basis of medical report.
