In Janchoupal, the people of the district presented their problems, complaints and suggestions to the district administration. Collector Ranu Sahu listened to the problems of the people in the Janchaupal organized in the Collectorate meeting room and instructed the officers present for their speedy solution.
In Janchoupal, people from far flung areas of the district including urban areas also reached the collectorate. Today in Jan Choupal, 35 people apprised Collector Sahu about their problems. Taking cognizance of the complaint received regarding local recruitment in the Women and Child Development Department, asked to constitute a committee. A committee will be formed for co-ordination and co-ordination of local level recruitment on vacant posts in the Department of Women and Child Development. The Collector has given instructions to the officers to constitute a committee for this. District Panchayat CEO, Women and Child Development Officer and district level officer in-charge will be included in this three-member committee.
This committee will provide necessary cooperation and coordination for recruitment to the posts like Anganwadi worker and assistant at the block level. In Janchaupal, people also met the collector and applied for land-related conversion, compensation case, acceptance of social security pensions, housing scheme to avail benefits of various government schemes. Municipal Commissioner Prabhakar Pandey, District Panchayat CEO Nutan Kanwar, Additional Collector Sunil Nayak, SDMs of all sub-divisions and district level officers of all departments were also present in Janchaupal.
Drinking water problem of the villagers of Chainpur will be solved
In Jan Choupal organized today, some villagers of village panchayat Chainpur of development block Kartala gave applications related to the problem of drinking water in the village to the collector. The villagers demanded the collector to get rid of the problem of drinking water. Collector Sahu, taking immediate cognizance of the drinking water problem of the villagers, gave instructions to the CEO of Janpad Panchayat Kartala and the officers of Public Health Engineering Department to solve the water problem. The Collector also directed the officers to inspect the village Chainpur and find out the current status of the source of drinking water and hand pump etc.
Divyang Shivdhar Vaish got tricycle
Divyang Shivdhar Vaish, a resident of Old Kashi Nagar Korba, submitted applications related to the demand of tricycle. Collector Sahu, taking cognizance of the application, immediately instructed the officers of the Social Welfare Department to get the tricycle to Divyang Shri Vaish. On the instructions of the Collector, the officials immediately distributed the tricycle to Shivdhar. Shivdhar expressed happiness on getting the tricycle and expressed his gratitude to the district administration.
Instructions for sanctioning social security pension
Applications for social security pension also came before Collector Sahu. The Collector gave instructions to the officers of the Social Welfare Department to approve the pension after examining the eligibility of these applications. The Collector also gave instructions to the officers to ensure the acceptance of social security pension to the elderly and disabled persons as per eligibility and deposit of pension amount in their bank accounts. Similarly, applications related to error correction in electricity bill and demand for single light connection came in Jan Chaupal. The Collector instructed the officials of the Electricity Department to examine the applications and take necessary action.
