Talking about its properties, Mahua is beneficial for people suffering from diabetes. The extract of its leaves also controls sugar. The mixture of milk and Mahua also helps in preventing high blood pressure.
Disadvantages of eating Mahua
Consuming Mahua in excess quantity can also be harmful for us. Because, if you take medicines to reduce blood sugar level then you should avoid consuming Mahua. Consuming Mahua in excessive amounts can also cause infertility. At the same time, some people also become allergic to some element present in Mahua. In such a situation, if it is consumed, problems like difficulty in breathing, development of skin rashes, itching or burning may develop.
