According to the case diary, on 26 January 2022, there was a murder incident near Upanwara Under Bridge of Civil Line Police Station area of ​​Chhatarpur. Police identified the body as Sanju Anuragi, a resident of Toria Mohalla of Kotwali police station area. Sanju was strangled to death.

A blind murder case was registered

Since Sanju’s family had no doubt at that time and there was no eyewitness to the incident. In such a situation, the police have registered a case of blind murder and started investigation. While investigating the case, the police found a car with a picket of gutka. The police took out DNA from this picture and then matched it with the DNA of a suspected accused. The suspicion of the police here was on the right target. After this, the police arrested the accused and sent them to jail. This evidence was so effective for the police that the court sentenced the accused to life imprisonment on its basis.

Police investigation revealed that Sanju Anuragi had mortgaged a gold bracelet near the accused Santosh Kori and took a loan of 60 thousand rupees in return. Later, Sanju contacted the accused to get rid of the bracelet by arranging the money, but the intention of the accused Santosh Kori deteriorated. He was neither taking money nor giving a bracelet. There was a dispute between the two about this. In the end Santosh Kori called Sanju Anuragi for a conversation and took him in a car with his friend Mukesh Kori and took him to the under bridge near Gatebara. During the conversation here, both the accused strangled Sanju with a clutch wire.
