Air India operating flights from Bucharest and Budapest
Currently, Air India operates flights to Bucharest, the capital of Romania and Budapest, the capital of Hungary. Both of these are offline stations for the airline. This means that its scheduled services for these locations do not operate.
According to flight tracking website FlightAware, the flight duration from Bucharest to Mumbai on Saturday was about six hours. The plane that reached Delhi from Budapest also flew for about six hours. Seven to eight lakhs are being spent every hour on a flight in commuting.
Accordingly, it is estimated that more than Rs 1.10 crore will be spent on a single flight to and fro. This figure is based on an estimate that the total flight duration of the aircraft would be around 14 hours. With the increase in its duration, the total expenditure will also go up.
