Bijapur. For the first time in the state, Talaash-e-Naubahar program was organized by the Chhattisgarh Urdu Academy at Ambedkar Bhawan, Bijapur. The chief guest in the program was Dada Jokal, the poet of the city, Ayub Khan presided over the program and Maulana Ghulam Qadir Khan, Idrish Khan, Anish Rivi were present as special guests. The responsibility of this program being held in Chhattisgarh was given to lyricist Purushottam Chandrakar of Bijapur district.
In this audition, three best poets and natgo were to be selected for the state level program. For this, Jagdish Jhadi, Dr. Raj Kumar Tandon and Beera Rajababu played an important role of strong judges. The guests and judges involved in the program were honored by presenting a shawl on behalf of Chhattisgarh Urdu Academy.
The chief guest Sikandar Khan is known by the name of poetry lover Dada Jokal. He told the poets of the district who came to the program and the future grandsons, how to write songs and perform on stage. While presiding the program on the stage, Ayub Khan, the retired teacher and chairman of All Muslim Welfare Committee, while conveying best wishes to all the participants, talked about organizing a Kavi Sammelan and Mushaira in Bijapur district in future.
Children gave a wonderful presentation in a melodious voice
Among the special guests, Maulana Ghulam Qadir Khan, co-treasurer Idrish Khan and Anish Rivi greeted the participants. In the Natiya competition of Bijapur district, children gave excellent performance in their melodious voice. In this, first Mohammad Akhtar Raza, second Mohammad Sibtain Raza and third place Mohammad Aman Rizvi were selected for the state level program. After the audition, poets and poets of Bijapur also recited melodious songs and dhals.
Lyricist Purushottam Chandrakar tickled
Program in-charge lyricist Purushottam Chandrakar made everyone laugh in his quirky talk along with the presentation of the song. Lyricist and singer Jagdish Jhadi, linguist and district coordinator of Chhattisgarh Raj Bhasha, Dr. Rajkumar Tandon, poet Beera Rajababu Prakhar, poet Amitesh Tiwari, poet Prashant Yadav tied the knot by reciting vocals.
